Gold Ingots are called "yuen bao" in Chinese. They were used by high officials in ancient China as the dynasty's currency. Gold Ingots today are fondly regarded as a symbol of wealth and fortune. Feng Shui masters often advise their clients to place a Gold Ingot in their wealth corner (furthest left-hand corner) to symbolize abundance, in the home or business.
